Superior Service and Collaboration lead to NAPA’s Expansion in Healthcare System




In 2010, a nationally recognized tertiary care hospital in western Pennsylvania engaged North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) to provide anesthesia services and at the same time, enhance operating room (OR) performance, safety, customer service, compliance and profitability. Over the next five years, NAPA, working collaboratively with the hospital’s administration, proved they were indeed a catalyst for positive change and service quality. Thus, when the chief operating officer (COO) was appointed to lead a second system hospital, he again turned to NAPA to serve as the anesthesia provider.
