Any current NAPA employee that refers a clinician for a Full Time position with NAPA between October 1st, 2018* and December 31st, 2019 will receive a reward once the referred clinician has completed 30 days of employment. For each Full Time Physician or Full Time CRNA referred, the tiered reward can range from $10,000- $20,000.
The more referrals you submit, the bigger the reward! The Tiered Reward structure is as follows:
Referred candidates must: (1) begin providing services to NAPA on a Full Time, active basis by 12/31/2019, and (2) complete 30 days of employment, in order for the referrer to receive the Tiered Rewards.
Referring employees must be employed by NAPA at the time the Tiered Reward is to be distributed in order to receive the Tiered Reward.
Rewards may vary based on the position taken.
