Focus on the Whole Employee Experience

Well-being is an essential part of work-life flexibility. Our world has experienced several adversities, which have touched healthcare deeply. Through NAPA Cares, we take proactive steps to ensure that every member of our NAPA family is supported in their personal and professional lives.

Care for the Caregiver
Launched in 2019, the Care for the Caregiver program provides our clinicians with peer-to-peer assistance following an adverse clinical event. We train our clinicals to offer compassionate, knowledgeable support to their colleagues and make this program available to any clinical team member in need.

NAPA Employee Assistance Fund
This fund was established in 2020 during the pandemic to help members of our NAPA community who were experiencing financial challenges. Today, it has evolved into a resource for employees to find fiscal support due to unforeseen events.

Employee Assistance Program
This service provides 24/7 phone or online assistance that is available to every member of our NAPA community and their families. The EAP offers resources for work-life issues, confidential counseling, education, and more.
