Good Faith Estimate
If you do not have health insurance or are not using it for this surgery or procedure, under the law you have the right to receive a good faith estimate for the cost of your scheduled services. Please contact our Patient Advocate team at 833-402-0575 to discuss your upcoming care.

Your Patient Advocate will:
- Prepare an estimated cost of services for you
- Request a prepayment of the estimated cost of service
- Discuss whether you are eligible for government or NAPA’s financial assistance program
Please note: Estimates may not represent the full scope of charges you actually incur.
- If the prepayment turns out to be MORE than your final bill, you will be refunded once the insurance balance has been settled. If there was no insurance involved, we will refund your money once all charges have been totaled.
- If the prepayment turns out to be LESS than your final bill, you will be billed for the difference between your estimate and actual charges.
