
Chris Brencsons
Chief Operating Officer
Chris comes to NAPA with over 24 years of global experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining NAPA, Chris held several roles at Allergan, including his previous role as Vice President, Global Allergan Aesthetics, for AbbVie following its acquisition of Allergan. In this role, pre-close he led the $63B Allergan+AbbVie integration and then transitioned to lead the operating model design and implementation of a new globally integrated Aesthetics business unit, bringing together more than 4,000 people across 80 countries. Prior to Allergan, Chris held various leadership roles at Pfizer, including Emerging Markets Strategy and Commercial Development, as well as the global supply chain for Established Brands. He began his career at Merck. As part of the Leadership Development Program, he held various positions in Strategy, Supply Chain, Technical Operations, and Vaccine Manufacturing.
Chris’s specific expertise in integrating organizations on a large-scale basis will be a great asset to NAPA, helping us to effectively integrate our organization and realize the growth and operational potential that we have in front of us.
Chris holds an MBA in Finance and Management from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University. He lives in Scotch Plains, NJ, with his wife, Kerri, and has four kids ranging in age from 13 to 25. He is a lifelong ice hockey player and coaches baseball and soccer in his free time. He has lived in Singapore and Puerto Rico and loves to travel to other countries with his family.
