Colin serves as Vice President of Business Operations for NAPA’s Central Region. He brings more than a decade of healthcare strategy and operations experience, with a focus on operational transformation, turnarounds, physician operations, and strengthening clinical and financial performance.

In his role, Colin partners with clinical and operational leaders across the region to align priorities, strengthen physician and client relationships, and drive results across NAPA’s clinical teams. Most recently, Colin was a leader in AlixPartners’ Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, where he advised health systems, physician groups, lenders, and investors on complex restructurings, M&A transactions, carve-outs, and operational and financial transformation. Prior to AlixPartners, Colin held roles at Huron Consulting Group and Vanderbilt University Medical Center, with responsibilities spanning acute care performance, perioperative services, and hospital operational performance improvement.

Colin earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University. He is based in Nashville, Tenn.
