James serves as Vice President of Business Operations for NAPA’s South & West Region. Before joining NAPA in 2020, he spent more than 20 years in leadership roles at organizations including Northwell Health and Mednax.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Scranton and an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University. He also completed Improvement Advisor (IA) training through the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
