James currently serves as Vice President of Business Operations for NAPA’s South & West Region. Most recently, James was Market Chief Operating Officer for the same territory at American Anesthesiology, a division of Mednax.

James previously worked in the health system, hospital, and ambulatory practice operations during an 18-year career at Northwell Health in Long Island, NY.

James has a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Scranton and an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University.

James has also completed training as an Improvement Advisor (IA) with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
