As NAPA’s Chief Growth Officer, Jody leads enterprise business development across existing partnerships and emerging markets, aligning sales, marketing, and client relationships within a unified growth strategy. She brings 25 years of experience guiding sales, technology, and operations teams across healthcare, clinical research, software, and energy.

Before joining NAPA, Jody served as Managing Director and Healthcare Technology Practice Leader at Protiviti, where she led revenue strategy, client acquisition, and strategic growth initiatives. She also held senior leadership roles at Microsoft and General Electric, where she built high-performing global teams, advanced digital and software capabilities, and helped organizations navigate large-scale transformation. Known for simplifying complexity and building cultures grounded in accountability and authenticity, Jody brings a strategic, customer-obsessed approach to driving meaningful growth.
