As President of NAPA’s Clinical Services division, Kathryn Cullen leads enterprise clinical services strategy, partnering with physician and operational leaders to drive performance, strengthen client relationships, and advance high-quality patient care across the organization. She brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to aligning clinical excellence with operational execution, ensuring sustainable results at scale.

Kathryn is a healthcare executive with a strong track record of leading large, multi-site organizations through transformation and growth. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Corporate Development at Radiology Partners, where she oversaw approximately $800 million in revenue across multiple regions. In this role, she led turnaround efforts in underperforming markets, implemented new performance infrastructure including client-facing dashboards, and improved physician engagement and retention across the organization.

Prior to Radiology Partners, Kathryn served as Chief Operating Officer at West Dermatology, where she supported rapid expansion through M&A and helped scale the organization from 65 to more than 100 locations while improving operational performance and launching new revenue streams.

Earlier in her career, Kathryn spent eight years at DaVita, where she advanced through leadership roles, ultimately serving as Division Vice President. In this role, she oversaw more than 150 facilities across three states, managing a workforce of roughly 3,000 and overseeing a $650 million P&L. She consistently delivered top-tier performance in patient outcomes, engagement, and operational efficiency while building strong partnerships with physicians and health systems.

Kathryn completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Pennsylvania before beginning her career in finance. She transitioned to healthcare after earning an MBA from Vanderbilt University with a focus on healthcare management.
