Lee Camp

Vice President, Business Development

Lee Camp is a Vice President of Business Development for NAPA. In this capacity he collaborates with market-leading healthcare organizations and executives to provide thought-leadership and innovative solutions in the anesthesia/perioperative space.

Prior to joining the NAPA team, he was founder and CEO of True North Partners, LLC, a trusted advisor to services companies desiring to accelerate their go-to-market maturity and performance in the healthcare space. Before founding True North Partners, Lee helped to propel several successful healthcare service companies to rapid growth. From 2005 to 2017, Lee established and grew a management consulting company that included in their portfolio organizations such as UCLA Healthcare, Jackson Health – Miami, Ascension Health, Advocate Healthcare, The Ohio State University Healthcare System, and Mercy Health – Saint Louis. As the CEO of this organization, he helped to drive overall revenue growth while instilling best practices and improving overall performance in their client’s non-clinical support service functions.

Merging his performance improvement background with decades of Healthcare Executive experience, Lee applies a unique perspective to support NAPA’s current and future clients in accomplishing their strategic imperatives.

Lee is the father of six children and resides in Saint Louis, Missouri.
