
Marnie Warner, CRNA

Marnie Warner serves as the Director of Advanced Practice Anesthesia for NAPA’s South Region, bringing over two decades of clinical and leadership experience to the organization. She has a proven track record of enhancing anesthesia operations and fostering collaboration to improve patient care.
Previously, Marnie was Chief CRNA at Virginia Endoscopy Group, managing anesthesia services for over 144 daily procedures. She also held privileges at St. Mary’s Hospital, where her expertise spanned cardiac, pediatric, neuro, obstetrics, bariatrics, orthopedics, and general surgery.
Marnie began her leadership journey as Chief CRNA at West End Anesthesia Group, overseeing anesthesia services at a Level 2 hospital with 27 ORs and various care areas, including endoscopy, MRI, and ICU. Additionally, she has served as a staff CRNA and adjunct professor at the Medical College of Virginia/VCU.
Marnie holds both a Master of Anesthesia and a Bachelor of Nursing from the Medical College of Virginia/VCU. Beyond her professional career, she has participated in international medical missions to Belize, Honduras, and St. Vincent, providing anesthesia care to underserved communities.
