Mike Martin

Vice President, Business Development

Mike Martin serves as a Vice President of Business Development for NAPA where he is focused on developing partnerships with hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers and anesthesia physician practices to enhance operating room performance, improve the patient experience and increase profitability.

Mike has extensive payor experience focused on provider relations, network management, delegated programs, and contracting. In addition, he has significant business development experience including acquisitions, de novo development, joint venture partnerships, and outsourced hospital services. Mike also has considerable value-based care experience and most recently led one of the largest renal provider’s ESRD Seamless Care Organization (ESCO) programs consisting of 24 programs covering 48,000 Medicare beneficiaries with a total medical spend in excess of $3.7B. 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University.
