Sarah Rees-Consiglio serves as Vice President of Business Operations for NAPA’s Northeast Region. She oversees operations, relationship management, and contract negotiations to drive financial success regionally. She has been with the organization since 2017, previously serving as an Anesthesia Operations and Client Services Director.

Prior to joining NAPA, Sarah spent more than 16 years in healthcare operations and consulting providing guidance to physician practices, transforming workflows, and contributing to operational and financial success for a variety of specialties. 

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Dayton and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Pittsburgh’s Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business. She also earned a CPA Certificate from the Missouri State Board of Accountancy.
