Steve Kraus

Chief Financial Officer

Steve serves as Chief Financial Officer. He brings more than 20 years of finance and accounting expertise across multiple healthcare sectors. As CFO, Steve is responsible for providing financial leadership and data-driven strategy, planning, and analysis across all stakeholder groups for all major company initiatives.

Most recently, Steve was Senior Vice President of Finance at Unified Women’s Health, where he led financial infrastructure development for the largest network of affiliate women’s healthcare specialists in the U.S. Prior to that, he advised on performance improvement and strategic growth, including mergers and acquisitions, for healthcare portfolio companies with revenues ranging from $25M to over $1B for more than a decade as a senior counselor at Alvarez & Marsal.

Steve holds a master’s degree in professional accounting and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Washington. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
